Form-O-Matic turns the form into guided questions, carries your answers into supported fields, and keeps the form with the rest of the project package.
It records floor-plan, address, building-use, area, story, occupancy, construction and photovoltaic information for plan review.
Instead of opening a government PDF and working backward from unfamiliar fields, you start with your project. The service asks the configured questions in a logical order, reuses information such as the project address and owner details, prepares supported form fields, and puts the resulting files into one project download. You still review the documents, supply required plans or professional materials, and personally complete signatures or certifications that Form-O-Matic should not make for you.
