Have the job address, property owner contact information, applicant role, clear description of work, approximate valuation, and contractor/license information if a contractor is applying.
Depending on the permit, you may also need equipment cut sheets, electrical loads, room or roof areas, dimensions and setbacks, fixture details, waste/diversion information, plans, engineering, HOA approval, or professional certifications.
