Building permit applications often repeat the same address, owner, applicant, contractor, valuation, and project-scope information across multiple forms. Form-O-Matic collects the information in a guided project flow and reuses it where the supported city paperwork calls for it.
Instead of beginning with a blank government PDF, you begin with the work you plan to do. The service asks city- and project-specific questions and prepares the forms configured for that workflow.
You review the generated documents, add plans/specifications and signatures, and submit through the government agency's current process. Government fees are separate from the Form-O-Matic preparation fee.
Local rules differ, so Form-O-Matic treats each supported city as a separate permit workflow.
